Fox News Digital spoke to celebrity fitness trainer Gunnar Peterson about how his famous clients like Wahlberg, Kim Kardashian and Rebel Wilson stay in shape.
“People will go, ‘Well, I want to look like Mark Wahlberg,’” Peterson explained to Fox News Digital. “Well do what Mark Wahlberg does. Do what Mark does. Do it for six months. And let’s see where you end up and if that’s a trade-off you’re willing to do.
Here’s how some of the most in-shape celebrities make it happen:

“I love the way working out makes me feel, so I try to keep my body hydrated and well rested after every workout,” the pop star once told InStyle.
“That way, I’m ready to hit it hard again the next day. I make sure I drink plenty of water, I fuel my body with healthy foods and I make it a priority to get eight hours’ sleep a night.
I also love to relax with my kids after a workout and share a healthy snack with them. I always carry fruit and veggies with me to give me something to snack on between meals.”
Lopez also works with personal trainer David Kirsch, who has described the “Marry Me” actress’s workouts as “very intense” and “fast-paced.”
“We mix some cardio, plyometrics, full body, core and lower body into her workouts. They are very, very intense, and she takes it very seriously, which is exciting for someone like me. You say, ‘We’re going to do this’, and she’s like, ‘Great!,’” Kirsch said. “She’s very focused and high energy.”

“I really learned how to eat better again, and I learned so many amazing things that I never knew about,” Klum recently told Fox News Digital.
“I learned all about gut health for two weeks,” she added. “We did all this good stuff. It was amazing. I feel incredible. I have so much more energy, it’s amazing. It was very interesting for me because I always thought that I was doing the right thing, but turns out I kind of wasn’t. But, I guess, whatever works for everyone.”

If you’re not five minutes early, you’re five minutes late. She was a 10 minutes early girl all the time. And more important than the work being done was that she was consistent with it.”

Kardashian is at the gym until 6 a.m., according to Peterson.
“Kim was not only a 6 a.m. girl, but she was early for every practice,” Peterson told Fox News Digital. “So this is the old military thing, is it? If you’re not five minutes early, you’re five minutes late. She was always 10 minutes late. And more important than getting the job done was that she was consistent with him.”
Kardashian’s body isn’t just a product of hard work, though. The reality star also uses other methods to keep her stomach toned. Kardashian shared that she used laser treatment earlier this month. The treatment uses a micro needle to “deliver pulses of radio frequency energy into the deeper layers of the skin.”

The process reportedly creates a “thermal response” in the body that can lead to fat loss.
“I had the Morpheus laser done to tighten my tummy,” Kardashian explained to her followers as she shared the treatment on her Instagram story. “I think this is my favorite laser but it’s painful lol but worth it!”
Another celebrity who always makes an effort is Chris Pratt. The Terminal List star recently posted a video of herself working out on Instagram. He lost 60 pounds in six months while preparing for his role in Guardians of the Galaxy.

The actress spent the workout doing Pilates moves and occasionally incorporating weights into her home gym. Along with weight training, Aniston loves yoga. The “Just Go With It” star incorporates yoga into her morning routine.

When the Bronx native made a surprise appearance on the runway at the Versace fashion show in Milan in September 2019, it was clear that at age 50, she’s in the best shape of her life!
Flaunting her curves in a re-creation of the famously body-baring green dress she wore to the 2000 Grammy Awards, Lopez proved that age is just a number.
“We’re conditioned to think, as women, that it would be over by now,” says Lopez, who celebrated another coming of age, 51, during the COVID-19 pandemic. “And the truth is, it’s not like that at all. I find myself growing and getting better every year, and that’s exciting.”
While Lopez is admittedly blessed with great genes, the singer, dancer, and actress also works hard to stay trim, toned, and taut. Lopez makes it a point to exercise first thing in the morning and frequently posts photos on social media of her grueling gym workouts with her equally fit fiancé, ex-baseball pro, Alex Rodriguez.
“I don’t like doing it later,” she says. “It’s harder to get there when I have my day going already.” Despite her demanding schedule and jet-setting lifestyle, Lopez sticks to a strict routine no matter where she goes. Sometimes it’s cardio dance routines or circuit training; other times, it’s ab and core exercises, lunges, or burpees.
“When I’m in New York, I work out with David Kirsch — he’s an amazing trainer,” she’s said.
“When I’m in L.A., I work with Tracy Anderson. They have two totally different approaches. I like switching it up with my body.” Lopez’s dedication to healthy habits has only improved upon her “beautiful amount of mental and emotional energy,” Kirsch has noted. “She’s very connected to her body, and she’s got crazy discipline.”
J.Lo’s eating habits are even more proof of her commitment to clean living. “Throughout the years, I’ve learned the importance of maintaining a healthier diet,” says the star, who avoids caffeine and rarely drinks alcohol. “I still eat some of the foods I love, but in moderation. I don’t deprive myself.”
As Lopez sees it, her fame is a platform to encourage other women to respect themselves, embrace body positivity, and love their less-than-perfect figures. “I think the idea of being curvaceous, being a little bit bigger than normal or smaller than normal, all of that is OK, as long as it’s healthy,” she’s said.
The most crucial benefit of being fit, however, goes way beyond beauty. “I am 100 percent convinced,” she’s said, “that working out is part of what makes me so happy!”

Lopez reveals she usually starts her day with a shake. Her go-to flavors? A healthy blend of berries, Greek yogurt, cinnamon, honey, ice cubes, a squirt of fresh lemon and a scoop of protein powder. “She needs really good fuel for all the things that she’s doing,” says trainer Tracy Anderson. “It’s all organic, and it’s all very well thought out, with the balance of very high-quality proteins and a lot of nutrient-dense foods.”

“By lunchtime, I’m starving,” Lopez has admitted. Avoiding processed and sugary foods, she sates her hunger with a high-protein, low-carb combo like salmon with a broccoli, zucchini and pepper salad in a vinaigrette.
Dinner
Lopez’s go-to evening meal is a lean protein paired with quinoa. “It feels like rice and beans, which I grew up with,” J.Lo, who is of Puerto Rican descent, has said.
Snacks
